Notes

In Spin, notes are key attachments for events, locations, and contacts. This guide will show you how to create notes, delete notes, and use Spin’s privacy settings to manage note visibility effectively.


Create Note

To create a note, go to the Notes section of your selected subject (contact, event, or location) and click the Add Note button. A modal will appear with two fields:

  • Visibility: Choose the privacy level for your note:

    • Private: Only you can see it.
    • Team Only: Shared with your team members.
    • Public: Visible to anyone associated with the subject.
  • Body: Enter the main content of your note here.

Once you’ve completed your note, click the Create Note button to save it.

Delete Note

To delete a note, find the note you wish to remove and click the trash icon . A confirmation modal will appear. Choose Delete Note to permanently remove it, or select No, Don't Delete It to cancel the action.
